  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days depending on your location and product availability.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped, when available.
  • Delays: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

Refund & Return Policy

You may request a refund or replacement if:
